Present your brand to the Scandinavian market

The Nordic Chamber of Commerce (NCC), in cooperation with Swisscontact through
the GROW project, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation
Agency (Sida), invites fashion brands from Kosovo to apply to participate as
exhibitors at Fashion Week Trade, taking place on 9–11 February 2027 at
Stockholm Fashion District, Sweden.

Through this call, up to 10 fashion brands from Kosovo will be selected to present
their products and collections in a shared exhibition space.

Participation aims to help brands connect with buyers, sales agents, retailers and other
industry partners, and explore opportunities to enter or expand in the Swedish and
Scandinavian markets.

What does participation offer?

Selected brands will have the opportunity to:

  • Present their brands, products and collections in a shared stand at Fashion Week Trade.
  • Connect directly with buyers, sales agents, and potential business partners.
  • Gain a better understanding of the Swedish and Scandinavian markets and how to position their products.
  • Explore commercial partnerships and new sales channels.
  • Learn about trends and business practices in the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Exhibited products will be used to present collections and develop business contacts.
  • Direct sales of the products displayed are not permitted during the fair.

  • Have the production capacity and willingness to respond to potential buyers’ requirements.
  • Have at least one representative who can communicate and conduct business meetings in English.
  • Are willing to participate in preparations before the fair and follow up on contacts afterwards.

What is expected of selected brands?

Selected brands are expected to participate actively throughout the process. This includes:

  • Providing brand information, product photographs, and presentation materials on time.
  • Preparing a focused selection of products or collections for display.
  • Preparing wholesale prices, production capacity information, and supply terms.
  • Identifying and contacting potential buyers before the fair.
  • Participating in business meetings and following up on contacts after the fair.

  • Preparation and active outreach are therefore essential to make the most of participation.

Which costs are covered?

Support will cover:

  • The shared exhibition space at the fair.
  • Shared stand presentation elements.

Participating businesses will cover their own travel, accommodation, and daily
expenses during the fair.

How will participants be selected?
